4. Our manager will call you within 15-30 minutes to confirm order details and arrange delivery
5. Payment is made to the courier upon delivery (or via other method discussed with manager)

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened flavor pods unless they are defective.
